We hope your testing is going smoothly. To make it easier for you to discuss any enquiries raised through the helpdesk, please join our Developer drop-in calls held every other Monday.  The next call is on 21st July and if you would like to attend please contact: ClaimsPortal@mib.org.uk and we will send you an invite.

As a reminder, please follow the four steps outlined below to ensure a smooth transition from SOAP to REST and go live.

  1. Register for the Developer Portal
  2. Obtain your testing credentials
  3. Submit your sign-off pack When planning your migration, please take into account the fact that the sign off process for your testing can take up to 10 business days and the request for production credentials can take up to 5 business days and can take longer during peak periods.
  4. Complete production REST API form to obtain production credentials
